This goal chart is a perfect way to hold yourself accountable BUT, I’m not into punishment or anything ridiculously hard…and I don’t think you need to do that to yourself either! Personally, I’m taking 100 walks this year (these include hikes, but they also include walks around the block or through the park). Set a goal and enjoy yourself all the year through! Plus, I really LOVE coloring in those little boxes as the year goes on. I bet you will too!
