HOW FAST WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Please allow 1-5 business days for me to create and ship your order (although odds are, I will get your order out within a day or two). If you need something shipped ASAP, let me know and I'll do my best!

WHAT ARE YOUR BUSINESS HOURS?

I try very hard to keep my hours from 8am-5pm Monday through Friday. I sometimes (read: oftentimes) fail at this, so don't be surprised if you get a shipping notification at 9pm or an email at 1 am <hopefully you silence your phone at night. If not, sorry bout that>. I also own a shop in my city now, so my hours work around that. In other words, bear with me.

HOW WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

I ship all orders via the US Postal Service via first class or priority (depending on the weight).

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY PACKAGE TO ARRIVE?

Trust me, I wish I had the magic answer to this question (or I wish I had a troop of carrier pigeons with radar on them for door-to-door delivery). Unfortunately, we are at the mercy of the USPS and I can't guarantee delivery times. But generally, first class mail takes anywhere from 2-5 business days (Domestic) and Priority mail takes 1-3 days (Domestic).

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Please let me know if you are not satisfied with your item and I will work with you to be sure that you are happy with your purchase. Generally, I only accept refunds if your purchase is damaged or my error, but my first priority is making you happy! And pizza. Pizza is always a priority :)

WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE?

All of my products are designed, created, drawn, cut, folded, printed and packaged by me right here in my home studio in Fort Collins, Colorado, USA.

ARE YOU ECO-FRIENDLY?

For sure! All of my paper is eco-friendly, recycled and FSC certified. The same goes for the envelopes. Ink is earth friendly too :)

CAN YOU CUSTOMIZE YOUR CARDS?

It depends on what you are looking for. I can definitely change words or phrases on my cards (that's the beauty of small business) but if you're looking for a tiger riding a bike through a forest with unicorns chasing him---odds are no, I unfortunately won't have the time to do that.
