HELLO! HELLO! This is a big weekend for PAGEFIFTYFIVE! I'll be at Horseshoe market slinging greeting cards, prints, buttons, totes and other paper goods on Saturday and Sunday! Here are the details: Date: May 11 and 12 Location: Mile High Stadium, Lot G Time: 10-4 each day What: over 200 vendors (including PAGEFIFTYFIVE), food trucks, free workshops, live auction and more! Chia Seed Pudding by PAGEFIFTYFIVE

I have recently become obsessed with chia seed pudding. Like...have it everyday and think about it every night kind of obsessed. It's so good and the benefits are absurd. (I'm no doctor, so don't quote me on any of this...but here's an article that gives some great info about what these little magical seeds do for us!)  HERE IS WHAT I DO: 1. Pour 1.5 cups of coconut and almond milk mixture into a glass mason jar (you can use any milk or milk substitute you want). 2. Stir in 6 tablespoons of chia seeds, 1 T maple syrup, 1 t of vanilla and as much lemon zest as you want (the more the better for me!), place the lid...
