I have a new obsession and I thought you might like it too! It's an acai bowl and it's everything I want for Summer eating and more! I've eaten it the past 5 days for lunch and I don't expect to stop anytime soon. Here's what I do: Take 1 package of unsweetened acai puree (I get mine at Whole Foods in a pack of 4 and they are frozen) and blend it with 1/2-full frozen banana, 1/8-1/4 c. mixed frozen fruit, 1/4 c. plain yogurt, cold water or milk substitute, and any additives you would like (I always add in a prebiotic supplement). Chia Seed Pudding by PAGEFIFTYFIVE

I have recently become obsessed with chia seed pudding. Like...have it everyday and think about it every night kind of obsessed. It's so good and the benefits are absurd. (I'm no doctor, so don't quote me on any of this...but here's an article that gives some great info about what these little magical seeds do for us!)  HERE IS WHAT I DO: 1. Pour 1.5 cups of coconut and almond milk mixture into a glass mason jar (you can use any milk or milk substitute you want). 2.
