I have a new obsession and I thought you might like it too! It's an acai bowl and it's everything I want for Summer eating and more! I've eaten it the past 5 days for lunch and I don't expect to stop anytime soon. Here's what I do: Take 1 package of unsweetened acai puree (I get mine at Whole Foods in a pack of 4 and they are frozen) and blend it with 1/2-full frozen banana, 1/8-1/4 c. mixed frozen fruit, 1/4 c. plain yogurt, cold water or milk substitute, and any additives you would like (I always add in a prebiotic supplement).
