I have a new obsession and I thought you might like it too! It's an acai bowl and it's everything I want for Summer eating and more! I've eaten it the past 5 days for lunch and I don't expect to stop anytime soon. Here's what I do:

Take 1 package of unsweetened acai puree (I get mine at Whole Foods in a pack of 4 and they are frozen) and blend it with 1/2-full frozen banana, 1/8-1/4 c. mixed frozen fruit, 1/4 c. plain yogurt, cold water or milk substitute, and any additives you would like (I always add in a prebiotic supplement). Blend it so it's pretty thick, so use liquid accordingly. Next, pour it into a bowl and add whatever you want on top to finish off! I use the following:

  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/4 apple
  • 1/4 peach
  • berries
  • granola
  • shredded coconut
  • a few chocolate chips

That's it! I literally vary this recipe with whatever I have on hand. Basically, you just make a really thick smoothie and add fresh fruit and add-ins on top! Easy! Let me know if you try it and as always, find me over on Instagram and shop for PAGEFIFTYFIVE goods at
